EU/EEA consumers — right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your contract with QMedify within 14 days of the date of purchase, without giving any reason, under Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
To exercise this right, tell us clearly that you are withdrawing (for example, by email to
qmedify.com/contact) before the 14-day period ends.
Immediate access and loss of the right of withdrawal. QMedify gives you access to the Service as soon as you subscribe. If you want the Service to start during the 14-day withdrawal period, you must expressly request this (for example, by ticking the relevant box at checkout) and you separately acknowledge that: (i) if the Service is fully performed within the 14 days, you will lose your right of withdrawal once performance is complete; and (ii) if you withdraw before the Service is fully performed, you will owe us an amount proportionate to what has been supplied up to the point you told us you were withdrawing, compared with the full scope of the subscription, in accordance with Article 14(3) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
Effect of withdrawal. If you validly withdraw and no amount is owed under the paragraph above, we will reimburse the payments received from you without undue delay, and in any event within 14 days of being informed of your decision to withdraw, using the same means of payment you used originally, unless you expressly agree otherwise.
